SteadyTrader LLC

Contact the right desk with the right context.

SteadyTrader is operated by SteadyTrader LLC in Michigan, United States. Email support@steadytrader.co for product, account, billing, privacy, security, or developer questions. We do not publish a phone number or street address, and this page does not collect information through a web form.

Before you email.

A focused, redacted report lets us route the request without collecting secrets we do not need. Support can explain product behavior but cannot provide trading recommendations or personalized investment advice.

Product and account support

Describe the page, platform, or indicator involved, what you expected, what occurred, and the approximate time. Screenshots are useful after removing license keys, account identifiers, email addresses, session values, and other private information.

Billing and subscriptions

Write from the email address associated with the account and describe the plan or invoice question. Do not email card numbers, bank details, security codes, or identity documents. Payment credentials are handled by Stripe and should never be sent to SteadyTrader support.

Privacy requests

Use the subject “Privacy request” and state whether you want access, correction, deletion, restriction, or another action described in the Privacy Policy. We will verify the request through the account email or a signed-in account before disclosing or changing personal information.

Security reports

Use the subject “Security report” and include clear reproduction steps, affected URLs, and the impact you observed. Do not access another person’s data, degrade the service, use destructive tests, or publish sensitive details before we have had a reasonable opportunity to investigate.

Developer questions

Check the developer guide and OpenAPI specification first. If a documented endpoint behaves differently from the contract, include the operation, status code, response headers, and a redacted response body. Never send a license key, install fingerprint, password, or session cookie.

Policies and technical references.

Review the governing policy or technical contract before submitting a request. That often answers the question immediately and helps you avoid sharing unnecessary personal or credential data.
