Nothing in the Services is individualized investment, legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice, and nothing should be interpreted as a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy, sell, hold, or transact in a security, option, future, commodity interest, or other financial instrument.

SteadyTrader does not execute trades for users, hold customer brokerage assets, or exercise discretionary authority over user accounts. Use of the Services does not create an adviser-client, broker-customer, fiduciary, agency, partnership, or similar relationship between you and SteadyTrader.

They do not reveal actual dealer books or guarantee how any participant will hedge or trade.

Different vendors, models, inputs, timestamps, filters, and assumptions can produce materially different results. Outputs should be treated as analytical estimates, not facts about future price behavior.

Market data may be delayed, stale, incomplete, revised, corrected, unavailable, misclassified, or affected by exchange or vendor outages. Corporate actions, symbol changes, contract rolls, low liquidity, crossed markets, feed issues, timestamp differences, or third-party errors can affect outputs.

SteadyTrader does not warrant that any market data, calculation, alert, chart level, replay, news item, or derived metric is accurate, complete, current, or suitable for a particular purpose.
