Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. You may not use the Services if applicable law prohibits you from doing so.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration, billing, entitlement, and market-data classification information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for activity conducted through your account. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle the personal information you provide.

• One subscription is for the authorized subscriber and permitted devices/users shown in the applicable plan. Account sharing, credential sharing, seat circumvention, and resale are prohibited.
• If market-data vendors require you to certify professional or non-professional status, you must answer accurately and promptly update any change in status.
• You must notify SteadyTrader promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or a security incident involving your account.

SteadyTrader may provide dealer-positioning analytics, gamma and other options-exposure measures, unusual-flow or pressure analytics, historical replay, alerts, chart overlays, indicators, educational materials, community access, integrations, and other tools. Certain features may be labeled beta, early access, experimental, preview, or coming soon.

We may add, remove, modify, replace, suspend, limit, or discontinue features, data sources, supported symbols, integrations, calculations, interfaces, or availability. Early-access and beta functionality may contain errors, change materially, or be withdrawn without creating liability to you except as required by law.

The SteadyTrader Assistant is an automated AI system, not a person. It is powered by Google’s Gemini models. It cannot see your account or exact market values; in the signed-in terminal it may receive bounded metadata about the active view, symbol, expiry and data status. Its answers may be incomplete or wrong. Nothing it says is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and you should not enter personal, financial-account, or other sensitive information into it. The Privacy Policy explains what is sent to Google when you use it.

Some information displayed through the Services is derived from exchanges, market-data vendors, licensors, third-party platforms, public sources, or proprietary calculations based on third-party inputs. Market data may be delayed, incomplete, corrected, unavailable, or subject to exchange-specific restrictions.

Your access may be conditioned on additional exchange, vendor, professional/non-professional, or entitlement agreements. If those terms conflict with these Terms as to the applicable data, the required vendor or exchange terms control for that data.

Where KLineChart charting is provided, its software licenses and notices are available here. Its notice credits TradingView Lightweight Charts, Copyright (с) 2019 TradingView, Inc. TradingView.

• Market data and derived analytics are licensed for your personal/internal use under your plan unless SteadyTrader expressly authorizes another use in writing.
• You may not redistribute, rebroadcast, publish, sublicense, sell, scrape, bulk-download, mirror, cache for redistribution, or commercially exploit market data or derived datasets except as expressly permitted in writing.
• SteadyTrader may suspend data access immediately if required by a provider, exchange, law, entitlement change, suspected misuse, or licensing issue.
• Third-party platform names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Integration or compatibility does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation unless SteadyTrader expressly states otherwise.

Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, SteadyTrader grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Services for the permitted purpose of your plan.

• Do not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, derive source code, bypass technical protections, or attempt to discover proprietary algorithms except to the limited extent applicable law expressly prohibits such restriction.
• Do not scrape, crawl, harvest, copy, or use automated means to extract substantial portions of the Services or data unless SteadyTrader provides an authorized API or written permission.
• Do not use the Services or outputs to train, fine-tune, benchmark, or build a competing commercial model, analytics product, database, or service without written authorization.
• Do not interfere with availability, security, rate limits, authentication, licensing controls, or another user’s access.
• Do not use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, manipulative, abusive, infringing, or sanctioned activity.
• Do not represent SteadyTrader analytics as guaranteed outcomes, personalized financial advice, or official exchange calculations.

Paid plans are billed according to the price, term, currency, and renewal cadence displayed at checkout. Eligible plans may include a free trial, limited to one per customer; if you have used a trial before, your first charge is taken at checkout and the checkout page says so. Where a trial applies, at checkout we show the date the trial ends and the amount of the first charge, and we send one reminder email with both about two days (48 hours) before the trial ends so you can cancel first; that reminder is sent regardless of your marketing-email preference and is not sent if you have already scheduled a cancellation. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the payment method on file is charged automatically for the selected subscription term. Canceling during a free trial pauses trial access. Resuming before the original trial end restores the remaining trial and re-enables the scheduled renewal; it does not extend the trial.

The trial is optional and is applied only if you tick the free-trial checkbox at checkout. If you leave that box unticked, you are not starting a trial: the subscription begins immediately and your payment method is charged the amount the page shows as due today, on the day you confirm. Checkout shows you which one you are buying before you authorize it: the total reads $0 today with the trial on and the full amount with it off, and the Review step shows the amount due today before final confirmation. Choosing not to take the trial, including by forgetting to tick the box, is an ordinary paid purchase; it is not a billing error and is not by itself a ground for a refund under the Refund Policy.

Subscriptions automatically renew until canceled unless checkout or applicable law states otherwise. You authorize SteadyTrader and its payment processor to charge recurring fees, applicable taxes, permitted market-data charges, and approved add-ons to your payment method.

You may cancel through the account controls made available by SteadyTrader or by contacting support. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges but ordinarily does not create a refund for the current billing period. The Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms.

You are responsible for applicable sales, use, VAT, GST, excise, or similar transaction taxes except taxes imposed on SteadyTrader’s net income. We may change pricing prospectively. If required by law, we will provide advance notice before a price change applies to an automatic renewal.

You agree to contact SteadyTrader first to attempt to resolve a billing problem. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in suspension, collection activity, recovery of chargeback fees, and termination where permitted by law.

You retain ownership of content you lawfully submit. You grant SteadyTrader a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, transmit, and process that content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, and support the Services.

Submit only content you own or have permission to use and share. Do not post threats, harassment, impersonation, unlawful discrimination, spam, malicious code, another person’s private information without permission, or content that infringes another person’s rights. These rules apply to shared layouts and community participation, including our Discord community. We may remove or restrict content or community access when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, or comply with law. We do not undertake to review every submission. Report suspected violations to support@steadytrader.co.

Publishing a layout or creating a share link authorizes permitted recipients to view, import, and use its configuration through the sharing features we provide. Shared layouts do not grant access to your account or market-data entitlements. Unpublishing or revoking a link prevents future access through that source but does not remove copies recipients already imported.

If you voluntarily provide ideas, suggestions, feature requests, or feedback, you grant SteadyTrader a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right to use and commercialize that feedback without compensation or obligation.

Community posts and statements by users, affiliates, moderators, or third parties do not necessarily represent SteadyTrader. You are responsible for your own posts and trading decisions.

The Services, software, interfaces, designs, documentation, calculations, proprietary methodologies, compiled datasets, trademarks, logos, and other SteadyTrader materials are owned by SteadyTrader or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property and other laws. Except for the limited license expressly granted, no rights are transferred to you.

Copyright complaints

To report alleged copyright infringement, email support@steadytrader.co with the subject “Copyright complaint.” Identify the copyrighted work and the material complained of, provide its URL or enough information for us to locate it, and include your contact information and signature. Include a statement that you believe in good faith the use is unauthorized, and a statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, you are authorized to act for the copyright owner. We may remove or restrict disputed material and terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances, subject to applicable law.

The Financial Disclaimer is incorporated into these Terms. SteadyTrader is a software and market-analytics provider. SteadyTrader does not execute trades for you, exercise discretionary authority over your assets, or guarantee that any analytics, indicator, model, alert, level, signal, or educational material will be profitable or suitable for you.

Trading securities, options, futures, leveraged products, and other financial instruments involves substantial risk, including loss of principal and, for certain products or strategies, losses that can exceed the amount initially invested. You are solely responsible for evaluating risk and making trading decisions.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES, DATA, ANALYTICS, SOFTWARE, AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” STEADYTRADER DISCLAIMS EXPRESS, IMPLIED, AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, TIMELINESS, AVAILABILITY, SECURITY, AND RESULTS.

We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free calculations, continuous market-data availability, compatibility with every device or third-party platform, or that defects will be corrected immediately.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STEADYTRADER LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, FOUNDERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, DATA PROVIDERS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS (COLLECTIVELY, THE “STEADYTRADER PARTIES”) WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES; LOST PROFITS OR REVENUE; TRADING OR INVESTMENT LOSSES; LOST OPPORTUNITIES; LOST OR CORRUPTED DATA; BUSINESS INTERRUPTION; OR COSTS OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF THE STEADYTRADER PARTIES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO STEADYTRADER FOR THE SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY OR (B) US $100. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer, cancellation, refund, or other non-waivable rights.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the SteadyTrader Parties from claims, demands, proceedings, liabilities, damages, losses, judgments, costs, and reasonable attorneys’ fees arising from or related to your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, infringement or violation of another person’s rights, unlawful conduct, redistribution or unauthorized commercialization of data, or content you submit. This obligation does not require indemnification for a claim to the extent caused by a SteadyTrader Party’s conduct for which indemnification cannot lawfully be required.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if you violate these Terms; fail to pay; create security, legal, licensing, or market-data risk; misuse data; engage in fraud; or if a provider or governmental authority requires us to do so. Where reasonable, we may provide notice or an opportunity to cure, but we are not required to do so for urgent, fraudulent, security, legal, or licensing issues.

Upon termination, your license ends and you must stop using and, where applicable, uninstall SteadyTrader software. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination - including intellectual property, payment obligations, disclaimers, limitations, indemnities, dispute provisions, and accrued rights - survive.

The Services may interact with third-party websites, charting platforms, communications services, payment processors, data providers, or software. SteadyTrader does not control those third parties and is not responsible for their separate services, terms, outages, changes, data practices, or acts. Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms.

You may not use, export, re-export, or provide the Services in violation of U.S. export-control or sanctions laws. You represent that you are not prohibited from receiving the Services under applicable sanctions or export restrictions.

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. Except for eligible small-claims matters and requests for temporary or injunctive relief relating to intellectual property, security, unauthorized access, or data misuse, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its applicable Consumer Arbitration Rules, unless applicable law requires a different procedure.

Before starting arbitration, the complaining party must send a written notice describing the dispute and requested relief and allow at least 30 days for informal resolution. Notices to SteadyTrader may be sent to the contact email above with the subject “Legal Dispute Notice.”

YOU AND STEADYTRADER AGREE TO BRING CLAIMS ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN A CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

You may opt out of this arbitration provision by sending a clear written opt-out notice to SteadyTrader within 30 days after first accepting these Terms. The notice must include your name, account email, and an unequivocal statement that you opt out of arbitration.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent federal law controls. If a dispute is not subject to arbitration, the parties consent to the state or federal courts located in or serving Oakland County, Michigan, except where applicable consumer law requires another forum.

Access may not be lawful or available in every location. You are responsible for complying with laws applicable to your access and use. This does not exclude SteadyTrader’s own legal obligations.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated as required by law, such as by posting an updated effective date, in-product notice, or email. Your continued use after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

These Terms and incorporated policies constitute the entire agreement regarding the Services unless a separate signed agreement applies. If any provision is unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent and the remainder will continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights without our written consent; SteadyTrader may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, sale, or transfer of the business or relevant assets.
