End User License Agreement

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, the Terms of Service, applicable subscription terms, and payment of fees, SteadyTrader grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use the Licensed Software solely for your personal/internal use on supported devices and accounts authorized by your plan.

The Licensed Software is licensed, not sold. SteadyTrader and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in the Licensed Software, source code, object code, designs, documentation, proprietary methods, and intellectual property. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

• Do not copy or distribute the Licensed Software except for a reasonable backup copy where permitted.
• Do not rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, publish, transfer, share credentials for, or make the Licensed Software available as a service bureau.
• Do not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decode, modify, bypass protections, extract source code, or create derivative works except to the limited extent applicable law expressly prohibits such restriction.
• Do not remove copyright, trademark, licensing, telemetry, entitlement, or attribution notices.
• Do not use the Licensed Software or its outputs to build or train a competing commercial product, dataset, model, or service without written permission.
• Do not circumvent subscription, device, seat, rate-limit, exchange, entitlement, or market-data restrictions.
• Do not use the Licensed Software to access, copy, or redistribute data in violation of exchange, vendor, or third-party rights.

Licensed Software may integrate with or run within third-party platforms such as charting or trading software. Those platforms are independent and may change APIs, permissions, compatibility, pricing, or availability. SteadyTrader does not control them and does not guarantee continued compatibility. You must maintain any separate license required by the third party.

SteadyTrader may provide patches, new versions, configuration changes, security updates, or feature changes. Updates may be required for continued access. The Licensed Software may check for updates, entitlement status, or configuration information. We may discontinue support for older versions.

Where enabled, the Licensed Software may transmit limited diagnostic, device, entitlement, performance, error, and usage information to support licensing, security, reliability, debugging, and product improvement, subject to the Privacy Policy.

Licensed Software may display market data or proprietary analytics subject to separate vendor and exchange rights. You receive no ownership in market data. Redistribution and commercial reuse are prohibited unless expressly authorized in writing. Data may be delayed, corrected, interrupted, or unavailable.

The Licensed Software is an analytical tool and does not execute discretionary trades for you or guarantee results. Indicators, levels, exposure calculations, alerts, and other outputs can be wrong, delayed, incomplete, or unsuitable for your circumstances. You are solely responsible for trading decisions and risk management. The Financial Disclaimer is incorporated into this EULA.

Software identified as beta, preview, experimental, early access, or pre-release may be incomplete, unstable, subject to material change, and provided for evaluation. It may contain defects or cause data loss or interruption. You should not rely on beta software for critical activity without independent controls.

This EULA terminates automatically when your applicable subscription or entitlement ends or if you materially violate this EULA. SteadyTrader may disable access or licensing credentials as permitted by the Terms of Service. Upon termination, you must stop using and, where requested, uninstall the Licensed Software.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE LICENSED SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, OR RESULTS.

THE LIMITATION-OF-LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION PROVISIONS IN THE TERMS OF SERVICE APPLY TO THE LICENSED SOFTWARE AND ARE INCORPORATED INTO THIS EULA.

You may not export, re-export, transfer, or use the Licensed Software in violation of U.S. export-control or sanctions laws.

If you obtain Licensed Software through an app store or marketplace, that provider’s legally required terms may apply to distribution, billing, cancellation, and device use. SteadyTrader remains responsible for the Licensed Software only to the extent stated in this EULA and applicable law.

This EULA is governed by the dispute-resolution and governing-law provisions in the Terms of Service. Questions may be sent to support@steadytrader.co.
